Bio
Jamie Moss is a doctoral student in the School Psychology program at Mississippi State University. She joined the T.K. Martin Center as an undergraduate student worker and tutor at the IGNITE Reading/Dyslexia Clinic in May 2021 and moved into the role of Clinic Coordinator in May 2022. Jamie holds a bachelor's degree in educational psychology from Mississippi State University. As a graduate student who plans to work with students with a variety of disabilities, my job at T.K. has given me countless opportunities to learn from other professionals and apply my classroom knowledge in sessions with students. I get to work with people in many different professions who all have the same goal: student success. I'm thankful to be able to learn each day about the roles that each professional on a child's team can play and how they all work together to support educational and social development. Watching my students grow in skill and in confidence is the most rewarding part of my job, and I'm thankful to play a small role in their developmental journey!
